My Code of Ethics

Ethics are an integral part of who we are as human beings. We all have an internal moral code and when we follow our code, we can have a positive impact on those around us.

Below I have listed my personal code of ethics that I plan to hold in my professional career along with in my personal life.

Accountability

I pledge to hold myself true to what I have promised and work hard to get there. I will push my coworkers to do the same.

Loyalty

I will stay true to myself and my employer as they have put their trust in me so, I will to them.

Growth

I will continue to learn about my profession and strive to learn more and more every day.

Respect

I will be true to those around me and respect their time as they respect mine.

Honesty

I pledge to be honest even if it means to say I have made a mistake or am wrong as it will only benefit myself.

Calmness

In chaotic times, I will remain calm and be a leader for my team as composure is important in front of your team.

Compassion

I will be understanding towards those around me as they are to me.
